REFUNDS Policy
Damaged/Incorrect Item
If an item arrives in damaged condition, you may refuse delivery and send it back with the shipping carrier. If you received a flawed product or a wrong item, please email our customer service at help@squishydeluxe.com. We will ship you a new replacement product or give you a refund of your purchase price.
Unwanted Item
To return an unwanted item, you must notify us via email to obtain a Return Authorization and ship it back to us within 60 days from the time of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back in new, unopened and unused condition. Items that have been used and are not in sell-able condition cannot be returned.
Please note In case of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of receipt for the credit to be appear in your account.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept "used" returns which are no longer re-sellable. Please email customer service at help@squishydeluxe.com to obtain a Return Authorization and additional return information.
60 Days: Our refunds policy lasts up to 60 days. If 60 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If everything appears in its original condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve checked your credit card details and it has been at least 5 days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@squishydeluxe.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@squishydeluxe.com.
